I only follow Rhyl so wouldn’t be privy to that info. And I’m talking in a Rhyl shirt not Holywell.
The bottom line is he started our first 4 games at left back, and didn’t perform well enough to stay in the side. Yes he had been good in the past but a new manager can only judge on what they see...
He didn’t want to fight for his place so he left, had he waited a little longer he may have got back into the side. But he didn’t want a battle for the shirt

yes tom culshaw has had ligament trouble in his ankle for the past few weeks which has probably affected his performances lately - cai is a very good defender and is very fast getting forward- as i said in another post tom hartley will have his hands full on friday nite with having to cope with murphy (if he plays on the right) and owen-- weather permitting that is
