Re: Llanrhyader
Just a shame these teams step up their game as we seem to be the only team they care about beating and then they’ll roll over when it comes to the other title challengers. Obviously not making excuses as we have the quality there to be able to brush pass these teams just the consistency and decision making lacking.

Re: Llanrhyader
All the good work v Flint & Prestatyn wasted, goal scoring a big problem for Rhyl we are crying out for a centre forward Hamilton runs round like a headless chicken full of effort but no end product only bookings

Re: Llanrhyader
Question? Is Eddie the right man to take us up after yesterday decisions with the players you need to man up and drop your m8s if you want to take us up

Re: Llanrhyader
You make it sound like Hamilton gets booked every game I’m sure he’s only had one maybe two bookings? We’ve seen in the past years that some players just need time to settle look at Hassall and Macca last season most of the people on here were slating them right off yet now they’re two of the first names on the team sheet, not sure what you’re going on about
‘Playing his m8’s for’? The only players Eddie didn’t sign was Cai and definitely Rory if I’m correct and the rest Eddie signed himself so I can’t see where that logic is from.

Re: Llanrhyader
Can’t believe you are calling for the manager to go after 2 away defeats! It will take a few games to get the newer players to gel, but getting rid of the manager is a ridiculous thing to say!

Re: Llanrhyader
EMJ signed Cai last season from Llandudno, only Rory and Murphy in current squad aren’t EMJ signings.
I agree on Max, how he’s played ahead of Nash is frightening and doesn’t organise from the back which you’d expect from a CB.
Shambles of a mix up for the first goal, which neither him or Rory took control of.
Cai was very good yesterday, I often comment on him being inconsistent so I’ll also give him praise when he plays well.

Re: Llanrhyader
I'm fairly certain that EMJ has for a long time - even before he became Rhyl manager - been a great admirer of Cai's footballing ability.
Could be a managerial mistake - often made at this level - of rigorously adopting a system and then trying to fit players into it, rather than eveolving your system around getting the best out of players which you have.
On the other hand maybe more likely that EMJ and Cai are activelyu co-operating into gradulaly turning Cai from wing-back to a wide midfield player. In which latter case, it would be a good thing - when fitness of all allowed - to try a fluid front four (as suggested) of Cai, Spud , Aaron and Asa.
