Re: CARMARTHEN 0-1 RHYL

That was an awesome opening 20 minutes last night, carrying on from Haverfordwest on Saturday. We looked like scoring on every attack and Carmarthen didn't even get the ball until after that opening spell.

If the final score had been 6-1 to us there couldn't have been any complaints- all our players played out of their skins and Carmarthen just didn't know what hit them.

It tees it up nicely for Aber and Llanelli now. If it was left to me I'd probably stick Doran back in @ left back and move Dowling into Centre although no disrespect to Ojapah who played well and headed off the line last night.

As goes the forward line I wouldn't fix something that isn't broken. Matty Williams is in the form of his life and the link up play between our forward line at the moment is second to none. How Conno missed that free header from five yards I'll never know. Ty also hit the post.

We have two good teams coming up but with ageing defences. If we play the way we have the last three halves of matches I can't see either of them coping with us.

Fantastic game last night, long day though.

Lets hope the lads get the support vs Aber on Saturday, get everyone you know down to Belle Vue, the lads need us now more than ever.

I'd echo that - Aber fans will be up in numbers but we need to get behind the team more than ever. They've got us to the cusp of something unimaginable four months ago and need all our support (and supporters!) to get us over the final three hurdles.

Hope everyone gets over to BV for the final home match on Saturday. Apologies - I'd be up from the south..or anwhere in Europe, but I'm in an Internet Caff 7000 miles away. Thanks for the 2 texts giving the result. Was worth it even at 4am here !

Hope everyone really shows the team their appreciation on Saturday even if things don't go our way. The odds are still stacked against us, but getting shorter with every game. A week ago, winning those 5 games was near impossible. Win on Saturday, and then its just one almighty struggle at Llanelli and making sure we sion't so a caersws at welshpool
