Rhyl v Wigan

Played with loads of spirit and as a team. So am I negative or honest ? Others who dont live 130 miles away and see far more games than me can judge bette.

As I see it, Rory and Murphy the 2 stand/out players. Scored thro diuble ricochet but no other shot on target. I reckon we'll be a good upper-half Cymru Alliance team, but no chance of scoring the 90 goals needed to push for the title.

Sorry, and thanks to all the players for their efforts and to officees fir keeping the club slive these difficult years. That is the true victory

No Glyn. Really glad for him and good to see the flag. But at the end of the day he is an individual and represents just Sky commercial interests. These lads represent Rhyl and that means a lot

Good interview post match with EMJ re lessons for defence and developing a footballing side. Not asked thiugh about goals.

The no 22 who came on was lively but seemed very similar to Worrall

Wish someone could answer the question on most fans lips, are the current (and previous) managers and coaches at Rhyl FC allergic to having forwards with even a glimmer of goalscoring ability as part of their squad? Where the hell does Eddie and Co envisage were the goals are coming from with what he currently has at his disposal?Answers on a postcard please!!!

Seems as thought the thought it that KP, Murphy, Pritchard and Worrell will get between 10-20 each.

I’m not too fussed at the moment, I’m happy to see how we get on first few games before judging. As the teams we’ve played pre season have all been to a much higher level than what we will play this season.

To be fair the opposition that's been organised for our pre season has been of great quality and still with more to come.. We could have done with atleast one game against The Dog and Duck and smash them 20 v 0 so the strikers get their confidence up just before we start the season.

It too early to judge yet, not a lot can be read into pre season. I dont share the journals hack Dean Jones view we are favourites. I dont think the squad is any better than last season. Weve got a more experienced managment team though. My prediction is 5/6th.
