Re: Rhyl v Port

Suppose Sully's involvement could be lessened by the addition of Stephens, but why would he be moving on ? He has been a massive part of our revival, He had a great game on the artificial at Newtown, we need him on the artificial this Saturday. Dissapointed he did not get a run out today.

Re: Rhyl v Port

Guess it was as a result of his unavailability last Friday at Penrhyngoch? My feeling is he needs to come in at the exoense of Hassell who looks lost defensively at wing back

Azza Hassell Lost at wingback???? What games have you been watching...probably our best player... he should be playing in midfield or 10 and set both goals up today. Ha ha ha FFS.These lads are grinding out results thought our defence second half was outstanding good debut for Sam. COYW

spud got the assist for second goal-- azza has been great at wing back and it was when he was replaced we seem to fall back and let them run at us-- for the last 15 spud was at left back ? there center back had a good game and was in our half for most of the second 45 ithought we played well grinding out wins for the last 2 weeks-- diferent game altogether next sat and then 3-4 very hard games sam is cup tied-- liam smith has been playing very well lately but wasnt in the squad today?

The bench was brilliant yesterday great to see such quality and depth in the squad and with Smith and Macintyre to come back in it’s brilliant to see.

Re: Rhyl v Port

Cracking game yesterday and both sides created plenty of chances. They are probably the best side ive seen come to BV this season yet went home with nothing. Credit to our lads where in the last 20 mins we could have caved in to Port pressure and conceded but we kept going.

We did have some good chances to put them out of sight at 2-0 but couldn't take them. Great cameo by Sam M and if Pritch hadn't got a touch on his 45 yard effort I think we would be talking about one of the best ever debut goals scored by a Rhyl player.

Great to make another 2 points on Airbus and we still have to play them so it could get even closer. The pressure is all on them to keep picking up points. We are not expected to go up this season so can just keep ticking over and putting even more pressure on them.

Massive game next week and one we can win having watched C & C last night on S4C. They have some good attacking players but couldn't take their chances either (a bit like Port) and they are gettable at the back.

When Hassall went off, Cai went on the left then Partridge on the right I thought that didn’t help would of left Partridge In the middle and put Stephens on the left, hopefully just Molyneux who’s unavailable for next weeks game
