League Schedule Announced
Tier 4 to start on Easter Saturday 2nd April and run for 10 weeks, each club playing the others once only. 10 weeks + the 3 Bank Holiday Mondays + 2 midweek dates sorts that out.
During March, run a League Cup warm-up and a couple of friendlies for clubs knocked out. Training from mid-January although a potential further 2-week post-Christmas "firebreak" lockdown will probably sort that.
Probably accept that pre-Xmas, Xmas period & New Year off.
The 10-week League Season will finish June 4th - a week before (hopefully) we can all get off to the Euros. Decent break, then back and start full season in Tier 3 end of August.
Publish the fixtures next month so that all have something concrete to look forward to.
btw - just me announcing this all. But I reckon it would be good to just accept the inevitable for the next few weeks, have a definite plan for the not-too-distant future. With a vaccination programme, should be just do-able. Obviously change it if Health reasons require as that's the priority.
But better to have a reasonably practical plan to look forward to and change it only if necessary, than just plod on in the dark for months with no plan.
As I said, just me saying

Re: League Schedule Announced
ioio's idea of clubs playing each other only once this season was taken up yesterday by the JD Cymru North and South, with a New Year start and pronotion and relegation to and from the Cymru Premier.
There was no announcement about the Ardal Tier 3 leagues, which presumably will release their plans prior to any announcement from the regional FA's that run Tier 4 leagues where CPD Y Rhyl 1879 will play this season (if there is one).

Re: League Schedule Announced
Is this us ?

Also an interesting idea from down south where Tier 4/5 clubs have set up their own mini-leagues for friendlies. Couldnt half a dozen clubs in our area have done that too ?

Re: League Schedule Announced
No, the Ardal Leagues are Tier 3 and we are in Tier 4, under the control of the local North Wales Coast FA.
